STEP 1

Before registering, understand what Stride Nation Elite offers — championship culture, speed development, and a family environment for athletes ages 6–18.

• Read the FAQ if you are new to youth track & field.
• Attend a no-obligation first practice — contact Operations first.

STEP 2

REVIEW REQUIREMENTS

AAU ~$16–20/yr · Meets ~$15–35 each · Uniform separate. Club dues are confirmed by email before you commit.

• Club dues: Varies by age & season — confirmed by email before you register
• AAU membership: ~$16–20 per athlete per year (required before competing)
• Meet entry fees: ~$15–35 per meet, separate from club dues
• Team uniform: Required for meets — sizing and ordering at orientation

• Athletes must attend a minimum of 2 practices per week during competition season
• Arrive 10 minutes early with proper training gear and hydration
• AAU membership card must be current before competing in sanctioned meets
• Notify coaches in advance of absences via Team App or email

STEP 3

OBTAIN AAU MEMBERSHIP

Every athlete must hold a current AAU youth track & field membership before competing in AAU-sanctioned meets. Coaches verify membership at check-in. aausports.org

Registration steps:

• Go to the official AAU membership website at aausports.org.
• Create a parent account or log in if you already have one.
• Choose Youth Athlete Membership.
• Select Track & Field as the sport.
• Enter the athlete's legal name, birth date, and parent/guardian information.
• Add Stride Nation Elite as the club when prompted (search by club name).
• Pay for the AAU membership.
• Save the AAU membership number and membership card (print or screenshot).

STEP 4

COMPLETE REGISTRATION

Register with AAU, set up your athlete's Athletic.net profile, then send your details to Operations. No website forms required on this page.

• Create a parent account on Athletic.net or log in if you already have one.
• Search for your athlete first to avoid creating a duplicate profile.
• Add the athlete under your parent account if they are not already listed.
• Confirm name, grade, gender, and birth year are correct.
• Search for Stride Nation Elite on Athletic.net.
• Follow or request to join the team when available (team code: KGNMNANUK).
• Save the athlete's Athletic.net profile link to share with Operations.
